• To succeed in this role, you must have a strong interest in travel. You will complement existing partnerships, increase longevity of customer relations, and build new connections with vendors to enhance our presence in your region.
• Kanopii's current evaluation is more than $2.8 billion in its first year of existence and will increase exponentially in the coming years.
• Kanopii has more than 5 million merchants on its platform.
• Kanopii is the only global online travel agency that accepts cryptocurrency payments and provides customers with options of installment payments for 'peace of mind' and affordability.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with multiple departments, marketing, sales, and business development to optimize sales and maximize profitability while maintaining great customer satisfaction scores.
• Under the direction of Senior Regional Partner for Americas, oversee and carry out important strategic business activities for the Canadian and Caribbean region.
• Create and convey a concise business plan that is in line with Kanopii's vision.
• Finding strategic opportunities to sponsor events/ festivals to make Kanopii a household name in your region.
• Establish a list of prospects for growth based on the market potential and technical viability.
• Determine, suggest, and plan the acquisitions and integration of new business.
• Encourage a culture of outstanding customer service and accountability for achieving sales goals.
• Translating the business strategies into daytoday execution to deliver exceptional quality service.
• Ensuring all company programs, practices, policies, procedures, and systems are implemented and executed properly, within agreedupon budgets and timelines.
• Being proactive than reactive to analyze and propose emerging industry trends to the leadership team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Team up with HR, Training & Development departments to hire, train and inspire product specialists in your region to meet objectives.
• Actively engage in the formulation of corporate policies, expansion plans and longterm objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 68 years of executive leadership experience within a highvolume consumer products industry.
• A proven track record of successful brand development.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, handson, 24/7 environment.
• Successful track record of quantifiable growth and profit achievements.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&Ls, establish regional budgets and operations scorecards.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Steller negotiation skills.
• A College Diploma or a University Degree.
