What will you do?


In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers.


  • Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
  • Enter orders and quotes and perform quote followups/analyses and follow through with ownership in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Provide technical and nontechnical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
  • A complete extensive handson training program is provided.

  • Salaried, noncommission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profitsharing plan.

  • Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

  • 12 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred
