What will you do?

In this role, you will sell manufactured components to internal and external customers while providing technical information, support, and service to customers.

Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery; working closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
Enter orders and quotes and perform quote followups/analyses and follow through with ownership in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
Provide technical and nontechnical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
A complete extensive handson training program is provided.
Focus on career growth and personal development.
Salaried, noncommission position with full benefits and an excellent group RRSP profitsharing plan.

Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Skills/Experience:

12 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred
Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required
