We have the privilege to work with a legacy client of ours that is seeking immensely talented Client Service Specialists.

These individuals will support a broad array of products and client-specific solutions.

A little bit about the responsibilities of the role:

  • will manage a portfolio of clients. As the first point of contact for clients
strategic and day-to-day operational needs, this individual will develop their client relationships and be a liaison between their team and the organization in order to respond to questions and requests;
- will need to know who to engage in the organization to make things happen. This will involve constant collaboration with peers; technical and support teams, Executives, etc. and it is a given this will involve tracking and documentation to understand projects, allocation, status, potential obstacles, alignment of direction, etc.,

  • The role is highly crossfunctional and requires successful multitasking (project coordination) while collaborating with the team as well as client business and technology teams

Requirements & experience to make you successful:

  • Genuinely enjoys interacting with people and helping to figure things out;
  • Definitely like puzzles and read about and/or fiddle around with technical things;
  • Hates it when not organized, loves lists, and can't live without scheduling their world;
  • Confident about both verbal and written communication skills, and always tries to be clear, concise, and influential no matter who they are talking or writing to;
  • Ability to organize, track and report on initiatives, projects, resources, etc. using defined templates and processes, and where experience with implementing JIRA or similar tool is beneficial;
  • Musthave highspeed keyboarding skills and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Minimum of 35 years of client service and/or project management experience;

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
