Description

Established, professional, property management company is looking for an experienced building Superintendent
, for a live-in full time position at an apartment building in Toronto.

The building comprises 350 apartment units at Yonge and Bloor. You will be working alongside and as part of an established team.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Cleaning of all common areas and vacant apartments
  • Maintenance in common areas and apartment units, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry work.
  • Tenant relations
  • Oncall afterhours duties on evenings and weekends, split with other site superintendents
  • Correspondence with the property manager and head office administrative staff
