Are you looking for a part-time position on a Saturday? Do you want to gain valuable healthcare clinic experience? We are looking for a customer service star to join our clinic in Squamish.


As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the clinic and responsible for providing an outstanding client care experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries
  • Collect and record patient information;
  • Manage client appointments and maintain schedules;
  • Assemble and maintain patient files and
  • General office administration.

Requirements:


  • Wellorganized, efficient, and able to effectively multitask.
  • Proficient on the computer.
