DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Provide order management for USA (Sapporo, Anchor) and International (Sapporo, Sleeman) business by pulling orders from sales order management systems and booking with carrier as required
- Create weekly SUSA order batch, verify inventory and identify any supply issues, transmit orders to 3PL partners as needed
- Provide order management for Guelph Direct shipments
- Process and track any revisions to orders, ASAP orders, and multistop orders
- Answer any inquiries regarding day to day orders / shipment and forward to appropriate party, as required
- Communicate with Distributors and Sales reps on opportunities to Cube loads in order to reduce shipment costs for SUSA. Track and trace opportunities vs. success rate and update Load Cubing metric regularly.
- Assist with communication regarding shipment interruptions (e.g., shipping / productions shutdowns) or other issues by notifying distributors
- Liaise with 3rd party Distribution partners to meet customer demands
- Attend SUSA meetings as required for input
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role with knowledge of supply chain systems, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Postsecondary education in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to build effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization
- Demonstrates effective relationship building capability and the ability to influence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Acceptable criminal record check
