Description

Responsibilities:

-
Product Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.

Multi-Platform Experience: Utilize prior experience in managing listings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and efficiency in product presentation and sales strategies.

Excel Proficiency: Utilize Excel for inventory management, data analysis, and reporting.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Deadline Adherence: Complete tasks within given deadlines, managing time effectively to prioritize and accomplish goals.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product listings, orders, and customer inquiries.

Adaptability and Organization: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

  • Processing Sales order & delivery schedule
  • Answering Customer incoming calls + order taking in a friendly manner
  • Receiving walk in clients for ordering
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Manage and optimize ecommerce sales, ensuring they are poised for maximum sales and performance
  • Assist in marketing duties, such as posting products on ecommerce and social media posts
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and social media strategies with the overall marketing plan
  • Assist Marketing Re Customer information / Program as directed by Reporting Manager

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in listing products on Amazon, eBay, Kijiji, and local listings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create comprehensive and compelling product descriptions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • An Excellent Team Player
  • Work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Punctuality is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other ecommerce management platforms.
  • Experience in SEO optimization for product listings.
  • Understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
  • Experience in Customer Handling / Care
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
