We are seeking an inspiring leader who has a passion for the retail and Jewellery industry with an outstanding record of driving sales and creating a community within a district.
The combination of your high level of interpersonal and customer skills ensures your assigned district is running with operational excellence, supports our brands, and meets their business goals.
In your role as, District Manager, you will be expected to influence, support, and encourage the emergence of top performing sales teams while delivering on District sales and operational targets/objectives.
Acting as a liaison between the head office, support team and the field teams you will support facilitation of store visits, team calls, District workshops and National sales meetings.

Identify, analyze, and manage sales trends within your district to maximize opportunities.
Astute financial capabilities with demonstrated experience managing all reporting and key business metrics.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports for each retail location and develop effective ways to fill in gaps between actual performance and company targets.
Communicate clear expectations and hold the store teams accountable to achieving brand, performance, and behavioural standards
Coach and follow through with progressive discipline of underperforming or behavioral issues
Maintain stock and inventory control through regular spot checks, daily counts, and store inventory.
Assist in the setup and execution of store sales and promotions when required.
Confident communicator and facilitator '" driving performance through training and development. Validate all district training and coaching programs are completed as required
What we look for:
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a multi unit _setup is preferred._
Multi-unit management experience, previous management of a remote workforce an asset.
Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to organize and schedule people and tasks, develop realistic action plans within time and resource constrains
Ensure all locations are staffed appropriately according to the established guidelines by being proactive
Manage and coach all Store Managers and Assistant managers to enable career development and succession planning
Experience in the jewellery industry is considered an asset.
