What You'll Do

  • Performing all Static Data Validation maintenance / administrative duties as assigned including:
  • Investigate / follow up of all exception reports, as well as updating sub-system resulting from incoming responses.
  • Weekly update of Static Data Validation statistics
  • Identify trends / errors and suggest enhancements to process/ database. to improve overall efficiency.
  • Sundry input/updates to the subsystems as required such as special projects, system product changes.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Verify/capture pertinent information from the credit authorizations, and other authorized source documentation to the related subsystems including:
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of a credit authorization, disbursement instructions and confirmation preferences.
  • Being responsible for reliable data entered into the subsystems.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the various Derivative, Money Market and FX products.
  • Using the K2 B/F system and manual BF system in a reliable manner.
  • Solid understanding of documentation required to onboard a counterparty in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Performing all other admin / routine duties as assigned from time to time, including:
  • Participate in BCP/BRP tests etc as called for including non-business hours/days occurrences.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing activities for ongoing system enhancements or implementation of new systems.
  • Provide support in major project imitative through to completion as directed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Sound PC skills are required to communicate and operate within an automated, technologybased work environment. Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of various derivative and foreign exchange products, as well as disbursement and confirmation processes
  • Knowledge of WSS, K2, SCOTS, ADP, MUREX, Impact, MMI, Epsilon, GlobalOne systems would be an asset.
