What You'll Do

Performing all Static Data Validation maintenance / administrative duties as assigned including:
Investigate / follow up of all exception reports, as well as updating sub-system resulting from incoming responses.
Weekly update of Static Data Validation statistics
Identify trends / errors and suggest enhancements to process/ database. to improve overall efficiency.
Sundry input/updates to the subsystems as required such as special projects, system product changes.
Any other duties as assigned.
Verify/capture pertinent information from the credit authorizations, and other authorized source documentation to the related subsystems including:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of a credit authorization, disbursement instructions and confirmation preferences.
Being responsible for reliable data entered into the subsystems.
Maintaining a working knowledge of the various Derivative, Money Market and FX products.
Using the K2 B/F system and manual BF system in a reliable manner.
Solid understanding of documentation required to onboard a counterparty in accordance with applicable regulations.
Performing all other admin / routine duties as assigned from time to time, including:
Participate in BCP/BRP tests etc as called for including non-business hours/days occurrences.
Participate in user acceptance testing activities for ongoing system enhancements or implementation of new systems.
Provide support in major project imitative through to completion as directed.
Any other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Sound PC skills are required to communicate and operate within an automated, technologybased work environment. Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of various derivative and foreign exchange products, as well as disbursement and confirmation processes
Knowledge of WSS, K2, SCOTS, ADP, MUREX, Impact, MMI, Epsilon, GlobalOne systems would be an asset.
