Responsibilities:
Business Development/Sales:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote our brand and establish new connections.
- Develop new fundraising business through approaching schools, sports and other organizations.
Account Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
Inbound/Outbound Sales:
Fundraising Requests:
- Handle inquiries from organizations seeking donations or fundraising partnerships.
- Evaluate requests and coordinate with the management team to make decisions regarding donations or partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or account management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- A passion for helping small businesses and a love for cookies
- Proficiency in both English and French

We are offering a full-time position that ensures you're part of a dynamic atmosphere for 40 hours a week, with a competitive annual base salary starting from $45,000 depending on experience, plus commissions.
