As our dental receptionist, you will be greeting and talking to patients as they enter, wait, and leave the office


Your primary responsibilities include:

• Building schedules for the hygienist and dentist
• Calling patients, insurance companies, and dental labs
• Working handinhand with the dentist to ensure organized schedules, paperwork is filled out correctly, and managing patients while the dentist is busy with another patient

We use Patterson EagleSoft in our office. If you are familiar with this software, that is preferred. If not, we will teach you everything you need to know about using the software.

This role is part-time with potential to become a full-time position. Saturday availability is required.
