    Lifestyle Home Products is currently seeking a qualified candidate to act as out Kingston Sunroom Manager/Call Center Representative. The showroom representative is a very important role within LHP.

    Our goal is to achieve a level of professionalism that not only maintains our reputation with the community, but exceeds our customers expectations with how supportive and attentive we are to their needs.

    The successful candidates will be required to work out of our Kingston location.

    What You'll Be Doing

    In order to be considered for this role you must be able to travel to our Kingston showroom daily.


    At the Lifestyle Home Products Showroom, you will be greeting customers as they enter the store and either assisting them with payments, service requests and/or educating new customers about our products.

    We have several models of our Windows, Doors, Jacuzzi Bath Remodels and Sunrooms on display along with brochures to make it as informative and interactive as possible with the customers.


    When customers are interested in a particular product: you gather their contact details and coordinate an appointment time that works with them and our design experts schedule.

    There are 5 main reasons our customer will enter the showroom:

    They are curious about the company and want to generally inquire
    They are inquiring about a specific product that they have interest in
    They have a problem with a product and require a service
    They are dropping off payment
    Customers who have already booked an appointment and are curious before hand

    Execute various tasks within the Showroom to maintain a favorable ambiance

    Must Have

    Exceptional Customer Service Skills
    Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
    High School/College Degree(s)
    Motivation to advance in your career
    Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset
    Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
