• Business Analyst supports the development of an RFP
• Document results of business and information technology requirement gathering sessions through Business Requirements, functional design specifications, and user stories, as they relate to new or changing program needs;
• Document workflow processes and standard operating procedures;
• Document operational framework to support operational program delivery;
• Design and develop materials required to support stakeholder engagement sessions (clinical and non-clinical stakeholders) to gather business requirements, confirm business processes, and support / facilitate the delivery of solution training, where needed;
• The Business Analyst designs and develops materials required to support end-user / business testing (UAT);

• A Bachelor's level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis, and detailed design activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in eHealth projects in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in eHealth in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work. Please provide examples of projects/operations-related work. Experience with EMR projects in a Canadian regional health authority context would be an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions with diversified groups of Subject Matter Experts/stakeholders resulting in clear and concise business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role in EMR implementations in a Canadian jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting workflow/business processes/user stories.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures in support of program operations.
• Demonstrated experience in complex multi-year projects that included a significant digital transformation and change management component.
• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analysis role in both English and French.

• Primarily Remote - After initial onboarding this role will be primarily remote, with occasional visits to the office.
• Expect 1-3 days per month in office.
