    Bayshore is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our amazing team. This important customer service role is responsible for answering service inquiries and scheduling field employees to client care assignments.

    Casual position with regular work schedule:
    Our CSCs provide availability for 3 - 5 evenings per week, Monday - Friday, and are scheduled shifts as available from 5pm-10pm.

    Our CSCs also participate in a weekend rotation, every other Saturday and Sunday, with rotating shift times (6am-2pm, 7am-3pm,1pm-9pm).

    Pay: $21.50 per hour

    Hybrid work environment:
    Evening and weekend shifts - work from home with all equipment and technology provided.
    Monday - Friday shifts during business hours - in-person office location, Thorold, ON.
    Must be available to commute to the office location for any required day or evening shift, as needed.
    Must have reliable power and internet connection.

    Onboarding and Training:
    Our new CSCs receive comprehensive onboarding and training for our work processes and scheduling software.
    New CSCs must be available for in-person training 2-3 days per week, Monday – Friday, for various day shifts between the hours of 8am-4pm, for the first 2-4 weeks of employment.
    Overall training period for this role includes the first two months of employment, to aide our new CSCs to be confident and successful in this rewarding customer service role.
    The CSC role progress over time in responsibilities to support employee career advancement within the company and collaborative branch team.

    Job Qualification

    Education
    Minimum - Secondary School Diploma along with completion of a related coursed such as Medical Terminology is preferred.

    Experience
    A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

    Other Skills and Abilities
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and
    Windows scheduling software. Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French speaking clients.
