Description
********The Distribution Coordinator provides administrative support to the distribution team. This includes assisting with daily activities of distribution, logistics and traffic functions; coordinating vehicles for auto show purposes, processing demo/lease orders (PDI, licensing, tracking, and communication with Human Resources and Payroll); and timely resolution of dealer issues.

The Distribution Coordinator, under the direction of the Distribution Supervisor, prepares daily, weekly reports and assists the regions as required.

Responsibilities
*****- Inspection of returned vehicles to assess damage and make necessary deductions to HR or insurance

Allocation and delivery of cars from different compounds and ports to dealers or Kia Canada Inc
Maintain a system that organizes ownership papers, license plate renewals, insurance slips and administrative paperwork of all company vehicles
Coordinate the disposal of returned company cars
Assist in calculation and communication of Manual allocations
Answer any inquiries from the Regional staff or dealers
Assist in building and maintaining analysis tools to help Regions with their allocation process.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required
*****- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, SAP skills.
Ability to work in a stressful, fast paced environment and maintain a customer service attitude
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to work in a team environment
Self motivated, easily adaptable to changing priorities
Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Minimum high school diploma. Postsecondary degree will be considered and asset.
Valid driver's license
