Responsibilities

Municipal Planning Lead and prepare the development of Municipal Development Plans
  • Process review comments on applications for plans

    • Oversee planning projects studies related land use population trends municipal zoning parks recreation environmental economic development strategic planning related matters Respond research inquiries municipalities academic institutions levels government Develop revise policies regulations document reports Create maintain agreements developers tenants leasing town owned land lead facilitate develop reports public stakeholder engagement activities as required Develop manage spatial inventory datasets civic addressing roadway dwelling infrastructure land leases temporary accommodations attribute feature data asset management system
