About this role
The
Product Manager will bring together cross-functional teams across the company to communicate and implement our product vision.

Success in this role will be measured by executing an ambitious product roadmap designed to engage our current and future customers.

Use your experience skills to own your Product scope, direct the development team, and serve as a leader on our talented team of product managers and product designers.

The
Product Manager will be in charge of identifying user needs and along with internal stakeholders' designing and delivering viable products to the customer base.

This
individual contributor will work in the office in
Downtown Toronto 3 days per week and 2 days remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with senior leadership and internal teams to plan and deliver new features to the BrokerBay mobile and web platforms
  • Evaluate designs against business logic and existing BrokerBay platform behavior
  • Document and communicate key functional requirements, use product management techniques i.e., user stories, process flows, and user logic mapping
  • Ensure product specs are complete and clearly communicated
  • Resolve blockers for teams and escalate critical issues as needed
  • Manage project timelines and lead the successful execution of software deliverables
  • Evaluate features through user acceptance testing prior to release
  • Perform product walkthroughs and training sessions with teams
  • Contribute to design and testing feedback loop(s)
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on best practices and judgment
  • Ensure key information is delivered accurately and on time

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 plus years of product management or business analyst experience
  • 3 plus years of experience in agile software development cycles
  • 3 plus years of experience with design and processmapping software
  • 3 plus years of experience with data analysis and data tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience with data products, machine learning, and AI
  • Experience working with APIs and/or API products
  • Good communicator in English verbal and written format
  • Comfortable in fastpaced environments with multiple deadlines
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to design, build, test, and launch new features
  • Think through software logic for different user roles
  • Work with designers, engineers, and customer success teams
  • Organizational, analytical, and interpretive skills
  • Work in a team environment
  • Real estate industry knowledge
