- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Schwartz Reisman Canada Israel Exchange including acting as point-of-contact, facilitating program planning, recruitment and selection of students, and accounting and reimbursement of expenses.
- Act as a liaison with the Foundation and the people leading the program at other Canadian and Israeli Universities in the absence of the National Program Director.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and take notes at meetings.
- Prepare, edit and file materials such as contracts, agreements, itineraries and student application documents.
- Provide logistical support for the program, including booking travel, accommodations, transportation, meetings and site visits.
- Provide support in managing the SRF Alumni Association, including arranging, participating in and taking note for meetings with the association's leadership team and SRF Alumni Ambassadors, planning and executing alumni events, implementing strategic initiatives, maintaining an updated database of contact information, and maintaining various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Diploma in office or secretarial program with at least 3 years of work experience in a related position (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Experience using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail.

The program is funded by The Gerald Schwartz & Heather Reisman Foundation. Job Summary Reporting to the National Program Director, the Program Coordinator will provide support managing the day-to-day operations of the Schwartz Reisman Canada Israel Exchange at Dalhousie University in partnership with Tel Aviv University and aiding in the integration of the Program with other additional participating Canadian and Israeli Universities. Key ResponsibilitiesNational and International travel may be required to join the National Program Director on trips with students within Canada and to Israel. (occasional (4-9 times per year)
