Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategic operation of Lakeland's domestic student recruitment and enrolment program
As a member of the External Relations team, this position provides leadership, supervision, and direction to recruitment and enrolment staff for the delivery of all recruitment and enrolment activities on and off Lakeland's campuses with a focus on achieving enrolment goals
Leads the use of the college's customer relationship management system and coordinates communications that span the enrolment lifecycle, from prospect to current student
Responsible for enrolment activities for specific Lakeland programs
Overseeing the planning of numerous oncampus recruitment and enrolment events and the student ambassador program are among the responsibilities of this role
The incumbent establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external groups including school counsellors and is responsible for the department's budgets
Acting as a liaison with community members and departments and representing Lakeland at a range of offcampus recruitment events
A positive outlook is essential, as is a willingness to try new initiatives for the betterment of Lakeland

Job Requirements:

Minimum twoyear postsecondary diploma in related field
Five years' experience
Strong technical skills. Experience using HubSpot (a customer relationship management software) is an asset.
Communicate clearly and efficiently
Prioritize tasks
Delegate to team members
Valid class 5 driver's license

Additional Information:

This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment commencing as soon as possible. The current salary range is $54,882 - $69,164 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan. This position is currently based at the Lloydminster campus, with one day a week spent at the Vermilion campus. Some evening and weekend work is required.
