Your Go-To Building Management Ltd. is currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our new and existing clients in Cleaning services.
In this position, you will be responsible for securing, maintaining and growing long-term, profitable business from prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customer base and potential clients to maximize sales potential.
- Provide quotations and follow up on requests for orders and quotations
- Develop positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Communicate with clients regularly and ensure all existing contracts are renewed on time
- Develop a new client base through active prospecting and cold calling
- Report and record all findings in CRM software
- Actively participate in company sales promotions.
- Provide and complete weekly reports to the Management
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to find and develop new business
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively present proposals and deliver presentations
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Resourceful and selfmotivated to reach and exceed monthly sales quota
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, great customer follow up and ability to multitask
- Ability to travel as needed
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Salary:
$39,422.00-$60,290.00 per year

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required)
