ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing revenue through the development, management, and leadership of the sales team.

Working in partnership with other members within the company, you will be required to collaborate with and get support from Analytics and Insights, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee team of Vacation Advisors and provide frontline coaching, address product queries, and conduct regular oneonone support to ensure sales goals are consistently met.
  • Manage Sales Admin processes, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop accurate sales projections, help manage their pipeline, clarify KPIs, and provide motivation and coaching for targetachievement.
  • Provide process feedback, identify efficiencies, and lead Sales Team Performance Reviews.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings as required.
  • Ensure Vacation Advisors achieve predetermined milestones through coaching and feedback sessions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years travel sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales management experience and 5+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years travel sales experience
  • Well versed in consultative sales approach
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Clear experience in growing and mentoring sales teams

NICE TO HAVES

  • Previous experience in a premium leisure travel sales environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom and Calendly
