    Description

    Senior Technical Lead – Java, contract position, 6months initial contract

    work location Toronto ON

    Must be eligible to work in Canada

    Hybrid position, 1-2days/week onsite in Toronto, may change later on

    Must skills:


    • 8+yrs years Core Java experience (Java 11)


    • 8+yrs of Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud Technologies

    5+yrs of technical lead


    • Microservices, REST


    • JMS (IBM MQ/Active MQ)


    • MSSQL Server/Oracle database


    • Devops


    • Docker or PODMAN


    • Cloud Technologies like GCP or AWS will be added advantage


    • Ability to support the current application (L2-L3 support )and re-design the application down the road


    • First and only person in Canada for this application, working closely with UK, India and China team


    • Corporate Action (otherwise – Cash and Loan deal)


    • Experience of workflow such as static data sourcing, trade booking and settlement/confirmations knowledge – Capital Market


    • Equities Trade Flow
