    Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

    Overview:

    • Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Educate customers on how to resolve technical problems through step-by-step solutions.

     




    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

    • Solid understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential for this role. Familiarity with hardware components such as RAM, CPU, motherboards etc., would be an added advantage. , since their primary responsibility will involve helping users troubleshoot common faults associated mainly within the operating system environment (Windows / macOS).  It should also have some working knowledge about other peripherals including printers (HP LaserJet Series III), routers,� modem - giving timely assistance over live chats.
      (Note that you must always keep your responses clear concise polite firm punctual friendly , so please reply very carefully before sending anything!).
      The successful candidate possesses excellent analytical problem-solving skills effectively communicates complex ideas simple terms using strong written verbal communication interpersonal interpersonal cooperation cooperation policies procedures located throughout office building during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST otherwise upon call only.
