LOCATION:
This role supports our Canadian locations in Fergus, Ontario and Montreal Quebec.


PRIMARY FUNCTION:


The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the marketing team and will work closely with our in-house designers and agencies to coordinate and produce various marketing collateral to support all brands.

Organization and the ability to multi-task is key to success in this role, to effectively manage all marketing collateral, signage & displays and promotional inventories, as well as coordinate all tradeshows and events.

This role will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service and Technical Service teams to research market trends, maintain competitive landscapes and assist with the creation of technical training presentations.

This position offers flexibility with in-office and remote work opportunities.


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:


SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and maintain POP and branded marketing materials
  • Assist with customer reviews and compiling market info and Market share
  • Maintain inventory of brochures, catalogs and other printed materials.
  • Written content creator
  • Communications (marketing/product drafts)
  • Competitive landscape (assist with cross reference tool maintenance)
  • Market research/trends/ competitive product (online)
  • Assist with the creation of technical training presentations (Creative aspect)
  • Coordinate all tradeshows and events
  • Manage marketing inventories booths, displays, signage, promo items
  • Procurement and purchasing consolidation of branded clothing and marketing materials
  • Work with advertising agency providing direction on above listed items
  • Participate in regular calls with reps to identify opportunities
  • Perform other marketing tasks as required

BASIC QUALIFICIATIONS:


  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Degree or diploma in Business
  • Marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill bilingual (English / French)

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Understating of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Analytics tools, Content) and CRM website management an asset
  • Fluent understating of Microsoft office and presentation creation, inDesign experience an asset
  • Experience with event management and social media (B2B and B2C)
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
