Sweetgrass Spa is an all woman's day spa located downtown Toronto within walking distance of Queen Subway station. Water Therapies are included in all treatments (pool, sauna, and hot tub). Our day spa is equipment with Hydraulic tables with on site linen service. We are looking for a part-time spa concierge that available to work 2-4 shifts per week.

• Ability to multitask
• Calm demeanor
• Spa /Salon or Hotel reception experience is an asset
• Postsecondary education or equivalent
• Administration experience
• Food & Beverage experience is an asset
• Smart Serve certified
• Social Media and Communications experience is an asset
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Strong communication skills
• Hunger to learn and grow
• Interest in health and wellness
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English

Responsibilities include:

• Booking appointments
• Answering phones
• Food & Beverage orders and service
• Opening\closing spa
• Daily management of the retail area and selling retail
• Book and correspond with all corporate\bridal events
• Optimizing schedule
• Educating clients on packages, services, and effectiveness of products
• Order and maintain Spa Concierge tidiness and ordering of office supplies
• Assist Spa Manager with day to day task
• Assist clients with complaints\feedback and concerns in a professional manner

Expected hours: - 8 per week

• Every Weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
