- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash etc.), configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.) and strong understanding of web servers (Nginx, Tomcat, Apache etc.) and app servers. Familiar with monitoring tools and version control systems.
- 3-5 years' experience as a WebOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences.
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and HA web infrastructure.
- Manage cloud-based services (Azure/AWS, or other clouds)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Analyze the impact of changes on existing infrastructure and optimize for efficiency.
- Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure web application performance and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Implement security best practices and collaborate with the Security team to resolve open security points.
- Develop instructions on new features functions for communication and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize infrastructure according to application requirements
