• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relations
• Assist customers with flooring choices, sample sign outs and accurate information
• Schedule measures and followup with quotes
• Manage sales process from start to finish, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and communicate with administration, operations and installers and customers to ensure no detail is missed
• Product Knowledge and willing to continually learn about new products

• Professional customer service focus, positive attitude with attention to detail
• Good computer skills and willing to learn new
• Effective communication skills, ability to read, write and speak English
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays

• Sales associates new to the industry have been $45K to $60K
• Sales associates with experience have been $60K to $100K
