Position purpose:


Coordinate online registration to ensure optimal use by users, students and faculties, while ensuring data integrity of the registration system in accordance with program and course requirements.

Support the Manager, Registration and Systems Management, by suggesting improvements to the various software packages used. Act as a consultant and provide training to faculties and students.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Manager, Registration and Systems Management, by suggesting improvements to the various software programs used in the course of his/her duties in order to achieve the sector's objectives.
  • Ensure that the online registration process is effective and efficient by, among other things, planning service requests with a view to improving service quality and the student experience.
  • Act as a consultant and provide training to faculties and students in the use of the online registration system and course curriculum to maintain data integrity in line with program and course requirements, and to meet GES and FESP operational and strategic objectives.
  • Recommend and implement improvement processes for online registration to meet GES and FESP operational and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain data in online registration systems to ensure integrity of information and consistency with Senate decisions and University rules.
  • Be responsible for creating and updating course changes and curriculum requirements to provide optimal user support and uptodate information.
  • Develop and offer targeted and adapted training in the use of the online registration system and course curriculum to increase user autonomy and promote optimal use of the systems.
  • Coordinate the production of the directory with Web Managers and the Communications Officer to ensure effective, accessible and rapid communication with users.
  • As required, participate and/or lead special projects or GES initiatives.
