Compensation:
$80,000-$100,000

What You Will Be Doing:

Planning, directing and managing all corporate accounting functions, including internal and external financial reporting and analysis
Lead, manage and mentor the corporate accounting team

- including accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payables and receivables, payroll, internal controls, internal audit, and budgeting

Timely reporting of Financial Statements of the operation: monthly, quarterly, and annually
Ensuring Bank Reconciliation and accruals are balanced and reported accurately
Preparing the Financial Budgets for the company, with the assistance of the Senior Management team
Setting up the Year End audit process and supporting documents
Work directly with the VP of Finance, CFO's and our external auditors to ensure proper reporting of the financial status of the Group for our yearend
Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

A post-secondary education in business or accounting
CPA, CGA, CMA or CA
5 years' experience in corporate accounting in a senior role
Experience working within a Dealership setting is considered an asset
PBS experience is considered an asset
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, followup and accuracy coupled with good analytical skills as well as solid business acumen
Strong working knowledge of computer accounting systems
Advanced skills using MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a valid G driver's license and an acceptable driver's abstract
