Duties include but not limited to:

  • Answer and direct calls from Main Reception.
  • Greet and log guest as they arrive.
  • Manage safety screening of guests and employees attending the office.
- and organizing corporate events.

  • Maintain internal phone, extension and locations lists.
  • Maintain boardrooms, meeting rooms and kitchen areas.
  • Organize lunch and learn meetings.
  • Maintain kitchens and order stock for the lunch room.
  • Prepare monthly schedule for lunch coverage.
  • Organize all internal catered meeting.
  • Monitor the parking area and the vehicle using the area.
  • Assist Human Resources with new employee set up, orientation and floorplan updates.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications required:


  • Postsecondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a front office handling reception duties.
  • Excellent communication skills, including command of the English language both written and verbal.

Skills required:


  • Friendly and outgoing personality, professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new programs and technology.
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem solving.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
