Description
Work Description - Responsible for overseeing construction/ handyman projects from start to finish and making sure that the work proceeds on schedule and according to plan.
The task mainly involves coordinating with the handyman, supervising the project execution, defining the budget and allocating resources. Dispatching of projects to the correct teams and conducting site surveys.Experience - Minimum 2 years related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.
Will perform this job in a quality system environment.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Great organizational skills
Ability to motivate subcontractors and keep them accountable

Maternity Leave Coverage / with chance of permenate position

From $18.00 per hour
