Dodge City Collision

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, On-Site

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm


Dodge City Collision is looking for a
Customer Service Representative located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
  • Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
  • Outbound calls to customers with status updates
  • Assist with customer appointment checkins and customer deliveries
  • Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
  • Assist with accounts receivable
  • Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi would be an asset
  • Experience with Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's licence and a safe driving history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
