Kids Club Associate

Department:
Kid's Club

Reporting to:
Membership Consultant Manager
The Kid's Club Associate will greet and sign in guardians and their little ones into the Kid's Club Room. The Kid's Club associate will watch over, play and interact with the children. Each Associate must ensure that they provide high quality childcare in a positive, safe and happy environment.

Major responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Provide and take part in play based activities that stimulate and support children's intellectual, physical, social, emotional and language development.


  • Listening to, encouraging, enabling, stimulating and ensuring the safe keeping of the children
  • Ensuring that parents are filling accurately and fully all sign in sheets or other documentation that needs to be filled out
  • Doing general cleaning of the Kid's Club room to ensure that we are providing a clean environment for the children
  • Completing cleaning duties that are assigned by management
  • Assuring that members are in fact platinum members and if not, that they are paying for the hour
  • Reporting any incidents on report booklet
  • Reporting any broken toys or furniture that needs maintenanceQualifications and RequirementsValid and up to date Criminal Record check and Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Standard CPR and First Aid certification that is current
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old
  • SkillsExcellent communication skills
  • Patient
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
