Secure Force Security is hiring Security Guards for Casinos from 6:00 PM to 02:00 AM every Friday and Saturday in Niagara Falls,Ontario, starting December 01st, 2023.

Minimum height of 180 cm and 90 Kg Weight;:

Smart Serve license:

Professional physical appearance and presentation;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Detailed observation and enhanced report writing skills;
Thrives in a team environment;
High School Diploma required. Postsecondary education is considered an asset;
Open availability; all days of the week consisting of afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts, and holidays;
Deescalation and conflict resolution skills;

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting and opening doors for customers as they enter the establishment;
Work in a public setting and enforce property rules and regulations in accordance with the policies set out by the site;
Prepared to work outside in order to process patrons entering the venue;
Experience with ID checks, physical searches, bag checks and crowd control;
Excellent notetaking skills whereby the guard will document all incidents and occurrences in detailed forms and reports;
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time;
Maintain a safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures;
Proficient customer service and deescalation experience;
Other duties as assigned; and

Job Types:
Part-time Positions.

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer Service or

Event Security: 1 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
Drivers License and Vehicle/Reliable Transportation (required)
First Aid Certification (required)
