- Performing all front desk activities such as scheduling patient appointments, insurance billing, and general administrative duties
- Greeting patients and ensuring optimal patient flow to help maximize clinic/practitioner efficiency
- Following up with patients regarding their upcoming appointments
- Performing basic day-to-day housekeeping task and ensuring the front reception area is well organized and presentable
- Assisting practitioners on as needed (ex. setting up clinic rooms, taking blood pressure, etc.)
- Assisting patients regarding any questions or concerns about their treatment, insurance, and etc.
- Coordinating with vendors such as Insurance companies as required
- Monitor and answer all online requests and messages
- Create and contribute to a welcoming family oriented atmosphere
- Perform laundry service as required and maintaining a clean front desk/reception area
- 1+ years of customer service/secretarial or relevant experience (Fresh grads welcome)
- We are looking for a self-starter who loves working with people and feels at home in a clinical office environment.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills and feel comfortable using MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and various social media Platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Experience with email etiquette
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Detailed Oriented and strong problem solving mindset
- Proven experience working independently, managing front reception desk
- Must be able to work weekends
