We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to join our team and contribute to the overall well-being and functionality of our church facilities.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for the church building and grounds.

Safety and Security: Implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure a secure environment for all attendees.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related needs.

Event Support: Collaborate with event organizers to set up and coordinate facilities for church services, meetings, and special events.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.

Space Planning: Optimize the use of church spaces, considering the needs of various ministries and programs.

Supervision: Lead and motivate custodial staff, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with church leadership regarding facility issues and improvements.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
