Job Responsibilities:

Assess characteristics of Cansoft products and services to determine the marketing and advertising needs
Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns
Conduct existing and potential customer group opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns
Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies
Prepare reports, briefs, bibliographies, presentations, Web sites and press releases
Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events and programs for sales and promotion purposes
Prepare brochures, reports, newsletters and other material for sales and promotion.
Develop and manage project plans for multiple content projects.
Provide updates on all milestones and content deliverables
Build relationships with our clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Review and edit high-quality and engaging content from our content writing team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends and industry developments, and incorporate them into work

Requirement:

A master's degree in marketing or business analytics
Deep understanding for brand consistency, eye for design and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team player, with the ability to pick up tasks quickly and initiative to get the job done
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Chat, Google Drive and SEMRUSH
In addition to English, ability in multiple languages is preferred.
Experience in E-Commerce is an asset
