Primary Responsibilities:


  • Information intake such as handling phone call and web inquiries
  • Managing rotation list
  • Requesting Freedom of Information and Police Reports from police services across the province
  • Tracking status of criminal and provincial offence charges through the courts
  • Supporting the Steering Committee in coordinating department activities, including taking and distributing minutes of Plaintiff Personal
  • Injury Practice group and Steering Committee meetings
  • Attendance at monthly Assignment Court in London on behalf of Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group
  • Generally assisting the London Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice Group.

Qualifications:


  • At least five (5) years of progressive experience working in Personal Injury Law
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite and Zoom
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen ability to work independently and as part of a fastpaced team
  • Experience with Primafact or similar software will be an asset
  • A Law Clerk diploma will be an asset
