Job Summary
The Senior Learning Specialist role supports the design development and delivery of Benefits Services learning programs including new hire onboarding training as well as operational upskilling while also supporting change management initiatives.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in digital e-learning design LMS software group and/or individual insurance strong business judgment service excellence proven ability to build client relationships negotiation analytical skills conceptual flexibility motivation excellent knowledge understanding insurance industry project management Salesforce insurance related courses French communication considered asset if you have what it takes do job but your experience doesn't match qualifications apply provide more details why you think great fit.
