Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- or equivalent experience


Tasks:


  • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
  • Complete credit and loan documentation
  • Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
  • Interview applicants for loans
  • Open new personal and nonpersonal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
  • Promote sale of credit and loan services
  • Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan
  • Review and update credit and loan files
