You as a Manager, Asset Management will:
Working alongside the Project Director and Senior Director, you will be responsible for deliverables on Design Build Finance Maintain (DBFM or DBF) Private Public Partnership (P3) projects in the construction and/or operational implementation phases including:
Contract and Project Agreement administration on multiple projects including coordination of Independent Certifiers and Lenders Technical Advisors, variation and change management, warranty and deficiency monitoring, transition period monitoring, policy/procedure creation and substantial and final completion administration
Project document control including the preparation and dissemination of project notices, correspondence, and other key documents both internally and externally with stakeholders
Partnership and relationship building on multiple projects
Tracking of project deliverables and coordination with other project team members to ensure project deliverables are progressing on schedule to meet timelines

Is this the right role for you?

Three to five years of experience working as a P3 Senior Coordinator and/or Manager, which includes experience working on P3 projects, and experience working with provincial procurement agencies is preferred; and

Contract Technical Administration, or Technical Engineering Certificate, or legal background would be highly regarded in relation to the P3 industry.

Knowledge and experience working with project management software such as eBuilder or Aconex would be an asset
Highly motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strict deadlines.

Demonstrate initiative, drive, and commitment along with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals of all levels professionally, and in a team environment.

Excellent project management skills and proven experience in managing and/or administering P3 type projects
