Job Summary


A Brief Overview
This role oversees day-to-day operations of the SmithStore and all e-fulfillment tasks.

This includes but is not limited to:

monitoring inventory and sales reports, ordering inventory from suppliers and working with the replenishment team to induct inventory, locating and providing customs verification information for shipping, invoice coding and journal reconciliation monthly, on-site audits at the e-fulfillment depot as well as providing responsive customer service to internal and external clients.

This role works closely with the Director of Operations to identify items that should be added/removed to the store and researches and recommends products to consider with revenue in mind.

This position plans and coordinates all backend activities related to the production of materials, including securing component elements, liaising with printers and others, and performing quality checks.

This position supports video and photo production by scheduling, coordinating participants, securing all sign-offs and permissions, working with vendors, and providing on-site co-ordination.

This position also supports event staging by obtaining venue and supplier quotes, performing site checks, securing components, arranging shipping and/or set-up of materials, producing and distributing invitations, recording RSVPs, registrations or tickets sales, and supporting on-site registration.


Job Description:


What you will do Plans and coordinates all backend activities related to the production of materials.

  • Secures component elements, liaises with printers and others, and performs quality checks.
Maintains inventory of production materials.

Supports video and photo production by scheduling, coordinating participants, securing all sign-offs and permissions, working with vendors, and providing on-site co-ordination.

Supports event staging by obtaining venue and supplier quotes, performing site checks, securing components, arranging shipping and/or set-up of materials, producing and distributing invitations, recording RSVPs, registrations or tickets sales, and supporting on-site registration.

Oversees logístical details, including vendor management, materials delivery, people coordination, on-site event support.

  • Performs accounting and bookkeeping activities including reconciling accounts, expense reimbursements, invoicing, and tracking of expenditures against budgeted line items.
  • Provides administrative support for the team.
  • Other duties as required in support of the department and/or unit.

Required Education

  • Threeyear Community College Diploma or Three-Year Bachelor Degree, or equivalent. In addition, requires trade certification, qualification, or ongoing learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.

Required Experience

  • More than 2 years and up to and including 3 years of experience.
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
