Description

Responsibilities:


  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable
  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Process vendor invoices and payments made in QuickBooks
  • Investigate and report any Accounts Payable issues
  • Send out payment confirmation once payment was made
  • Maintain the accuracy of inventory by obtaining TagIDs for new items, matching the inventory count and the quantity in the system
  • Assist in preparation of standard costing for the project and creating a BOM for the project
  • Assist in creating invoices for the customers by creating back up computations and providing invoice package
  • Reconcile Credit Card accounts by gathering receipts and invoices and balancing information
  • Assist in preparation of schedules for fixed assets and amortization
  • Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions/book adjustments on a timely manner.
  • Maintaining financial records for company
  • Issuing Purchase Orders
  • Managing PO files
  • Provide input into department's goal setting process

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Having experience in manufacturing inventory is a bonus

Salary:
$41,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
