Location:
Toronto - Hybrid


As a member of the Sales Operations team within the Builder Division, the Sales Coordinator will gather source documents, collect data and update and input information into a company database.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform research
  • Retrieve, review and validate data
  • Perform data searches
  • Verify data through source documents
  • Perform data entry into the appropriate databases or spreadsheets
  • Monitor and update existing data when required
  • Prepare reports
  • File digital documents
  • Ensure appropriate turn around time on all data entry

Qualifications:


  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to take direction verbally
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking
  • Identify problems and find solutions
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
