As a member of the Sales Operations team within the Builder Division, the Sales Coordinator will gather source documents, collect data and update and input information into a company database.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research
- Retrieve, review and validate data
- Perform data searches
- Verify data through source documents
- Perform data entry into the appropriate databases or spreadsheets
- Monitor and update existing data when required
- Prepare reports
- File digital documents
- Ensure appropriate turn around time on all data entry
Qualifications:
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction verbally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Critical thinking
- Identify problems and find solutions
- Proficient Excel skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
