Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems and Digital team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a Pharmaceutical - Business Analyst Vendor Management Support.


Your main responsibilities:

Support the main company representative for the automation solutions provider, gathering, analyzing, and presenting data at executive levels
Drive improvements in global alignment, internal collaboration, and contract negotiation
Gather business requirements and pain points, and align them with the vendor's offerings
Analyze contracts, prepare negotiations, and define relevant KPIs
Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to consolidate and optimize business-critical updates across the company


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, DSM, or Project Coordinator
Experience managing vendors and background in Manufacturing IT/OT
Experience with MES, DCS, or other TechOps production systems
IIBP or PMP certification is a nice to have
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
