The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Contract Sales Project Coordinator.

This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe management of projects, with a focus on coordination, safety, and positive relationship-building.


What you will be doing:

- **Safety and Project Planning**:
  • Ensure completion of CSTS Safety training for contractor site access.
  • Maintain and update safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety.
  • Actively contribute to presite documentation and project planning.
  • Communicate efficiently with the Contract Sales Manager regarding daily activities.

Efficient Delivery, Installation, and Service Coordination:

  • Conduct pre-site inspections to guide delivery staff.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with Delivery, Installation, and Service departments.
  • Keep teams informed about site requirements and changes.

Site Inspections and Documentation:


  • Schedule regular site walkthrough inspections.
  • Maintain records of site punch lists and deficiency lists.
  • Coordinate postdelivery and installation walkthroughs.

Relationship Building:


  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with site foremen and crews.
  • Attend weekly trade and monthly safety meetings.
  • Maintain close communication with the Builder Administration team.

To be successful in this role you ideally have:

  • Up-to-date Safety Education and CSTS Safety training completion.
  • Certification in Emergency First-Aid.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating safety protocols.
  • Commitment to promoting a safetyconscious culture.
  • Effective communication skills and proven relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and collaboration with different teams.
