Company Description:


IT MANAGEMENT & COUNTRY STRATEGY
Responsible for developing the local IT vision for Canada.

Oversee IT budget planning and controlling, including IT recharges.

Define and implement country specific technical solutions in collaboration and with the Global IT team.

Maintain strong relationship with Global IT team and stakeholders.

Capture IT demands and local requirements for improved Global IT services.

Manage local IT vendors.

Support Global and manage local service deployments and implementations.

Manage the lifecycle of local hardware (e.g., asset management).

Develop, aid and train users on proper use of processes and/or new technology.

Ensure regular communication to local business and end-users.


SERVICE OPERATION, SUPPORT AND OWNERSHIP
Ensure a high level of IT support and service delivery.

Ensure compliance of IT standards and guidelines, licenses, IT account management, and security.

Manage the service ownership for local IT services.

Regularly review IT service to identify opportunities for improvement.

Participate in local projects, assignments or initiatives.


CORPORATE APPLICATIONS SUPPORT
Manage EDI and other system integrations, supporting all processes associated.

Lead and actively participate in system upgrades (user testing and deployment).

Oversee support across a broad range of technical user problems, issues and other questions or escalations.

Troubleshoot and escalate major issues to vendors or Global IT teams.


LOCAL IT SUPPORT
Oversee the relationship with the regional and Global service desk to provide remote support country wide.

Manage local vendors to provide on-site support when required.


Responsible for escalated IT support through the help desk, including: software installations, new requirements, hardware repairs, LAN patching/wiring, Cisco Telephone system, Video Conference systems, AV Infrastructure including meeting rooms, live streaming, office video distribution, server and network equipment/components, etc.


LEADSERSHIP, COACHING & DEVELOPMENT


Coach and develop direct report(s) to become future IT leaders, to increase productivity and responsibility - leveraging technical industry expertise as well as Red Bull specific programs.


Qualifications:

5+ years' experience with user support in a managerial or supervisory role with responsibility for budgets and project management.


Strong communicator - must be approachable, teachable, a team player able work with and as part of a Global team.

Skills to interact with all levels of employees/executives, sensitivity when dealing with end-users.

Solid understanding of Windows, Mac, Networking and AV Infrastructure Systems.

Strong knowledge in Application Support and Integrations. Able to translate business needs into technical terms to escalate to global teams or vendors.


ITIL knowhow beyond theory, Project Management experience and overall business process understanding coupled with a precise, systematic and structured way of working.

Team-oriented, self-driven and motivated personality, hands-on and flexible.

Performance and results oriented.
