Maintenance Technician - Calgary, Canada - Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport

Description

We are looking for a self starting, motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyman/woman to join our team at the Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport.

The focus of this position is to in keep the hotel maintained along with troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

POOL/HOT TUB Experience is considered an asset.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
- dry walling/ repairs, taping mudding.

• Painting
• Tiling
• Hanging doors, mirrors, pictures and curtains.
• Basic plumbing/leaks/toilet, sink repair and replacement
• Basic electrical, outlets etc.
• Interior/exterior door repairs / lock maintenance
• Other repairs might be required from time to time
• Moving furniture
• Snow removal
• Electrical, Plumbing and PTAC experience a plus
• Maintaining Pool and hot tub
• Other duties that are assigned
• Experience is necessary.

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
