Executive AssistantSalary:
$65,000 + Benefits
Hours: 8am - 4pm (flexible hours outside work hours to be offset with vacation hours)
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up conferences and preparing Power point presentation.
- Customer service: Meet and great clients, coffee water offerings.
- Deposits, logging of all cheques, reconciling trust accounts monthly and business expense management.
- Auditing, updating and implementation of CRM (Pipedrive) / Pending report updates and preparation and moving info through the sales cycle.
- Training: policy & amp; procedures manuals for each province in Canada according to Annual filing for all provinces and update brokerage with online courses.
Skills & Must Haves
- 5 plus years experience in an Executive Assistance role.
- University Degree.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask, time manage, and prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Professional and polished communication and grammar skills with high level of reading comprehension.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Specifically, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Quick learner who can work independently and in a team setting.
- Experience in the financial (or similar) sector applicable to job description.
- Social media familiarity, specifically LinkedIn.
Salary:
From $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
