Job Description:
As the Campus Recruitment Coordinator for Long Term Care, you will assist our Campus team with their Career Fair planning and execution, student placement tracking and program management.
You will be a brand ambassador that promotes the Extendicare brand online and through various recruitment events and will leverage your curiosity to find new and innovative ways to highlight Extendicare as an Employer of Choice.
Ad hoc projects will also be a part of this role including government funded program administration, launching recruitment initiatives, etc.
This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and home leadership, HR peers and other internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and implement strategies to attract and hire qualified students for Extendicare.
- Passion: A genuine passion for early talent recruitment and project management.
- Minimum of 1 year talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, hospitality, or other highvolume industry an asset.
- Experience managing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborative team player who can manage competing demands and needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Action oriented and ability to deliver results.
- Initiative and drive.
